Part-Time Accounts Officer – Ideal for Accounting/Finance Students

Are you studying accounting or finance and looking to gain real-world experience alongside your degree? Merchantwise Group, one of Australia’s leading brand licensing and marketing agencies, is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our finance team on a part-time basis—perfectly suited to students.

You'll work from our St Kilda office every Tuesday and Thursday, supporting exciting brands in a creative and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter royalty data into our financial systems accurately and on time
• Assist with receivables follow-ups and resolving payment issues
• Help process batch payments
• Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and projects
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Some exposure to bookkeeping principles (from study or previous roles)
• Eagerness to learn, help out, and work in a team
• Available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office
