Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Digital Content Producer who will take full ownership of the aggregation and production of digital content. This role focuses on implementation and governance of digital content across our eCommerce platform and Content Management Systems. You will work closely with content creators, marketing teams, product teams and external partners to ensure content is delivered effectively on-brand and is optimised for digital performance that creates a remarkable experience for our customers. This role involves both the operational hands-on approach to deploy content and the strategic coordination for campaign activations and other digital marketing initiatives to support the eCommerce project.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Management & Production:
- Content Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end content aggregation & production process, working with the internal & external teams to gather content assets (e.g., images, product descriptions, videos) and publish, maintain content through various digital channels.
- Content Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and content creators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content for product releases, promotions, and campaigns.
- Content Governance: Implement and maintain content management and governance processes to ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with ARB's brand guidelines as set by the Marketing team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct post-publishing checks to ensure all content meets the highest standards for accuracy, functionality, and user experience across multiple digital platforms.
- Support on site navigation improvements: Ensuring an omni-channel approach is taken to align with our in-store retail offering.
- Content Authoring: Support current and future digital projects with hands on content authoring and migration of product related images and non-product pages.
Activation & Marketing Support:
- Campaign Activation: Work closely with the marketing team and external digital agencies to ensure that content aligns with campaign strategies, providing support for digital activations.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaboration: Working with internal cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, digital agencies to deliver engaging experiences online.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with marketing, sales, and product managers to understand content needs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are met.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine content production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- SEO optimisation: Working closely with external marketing agencies to ensure we are continually delivering and optimising the eCommerce site to achieve strong organic results through Google.
Post-Publishing & Analytics:
- Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of digital content, making recommendations for adjustments or improvements based on data insights (e.g., A/B testing, conversion rates).
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the performance of the eCommerce platform, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience: 3+ years in digital content production or content management roles, ideally with exposure to eCommerce platforms. Experience in digital marketing activations (EDMs, paid ads) is a plus.
- Skills & Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in CMS/eCommerce tools (e.g., Magento, Shopify, AEM) and website management platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- An understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign optimisation and performance tracking.
- An understanding of agile project management principles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML & SEO techniques will be favourable.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for quality assurance and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
