Focus Individualised Support Services (focus), a leading NDIS provider, is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our vibrant team on a Part-time (0.600 FTE) basis on the stunning Mornington Peninsula.

About the Role:

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be at the forefront of creating and implementing bespoke behaviour support plans that truly transform lives. You'll collaborate with the 'people we support', their families, and our support teams to foster positive behavioural changes. Your role will also involve conducting assessments and monitoring progress to ensure our strategies are effective and impactful. Staying ahead of the curve with best practices and NDIS guidelines will be key to delivering top-notch support.

About You:

We're looking for someone with relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and experience in developing and implementing behaviour support plans. A deep understanding of the NDIS framework and Positive Behaviour Support principles is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
