Fashion Design Intern

  FRIEND of AUDREY is an ode to timeless sophistication. Designed for the modern working woman, the brand specializes in a clean aesthetic with clean lines and modern tailoring.   Location: Alexandria, NSW 2015 Duration: 1 day per week for a period of 3 month Hours: 10am – 5:30pm   The role will suit someone studying fashion design, marketing or similar course of education.  

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and production of design concepts
• Assist with CAD drawings and tech packs under senior guidance
• Create mood boards
• Conduct research on industry trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity
• Manage samples

Requirements

• Undertaking study in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field
• Knowledge of garment construction
• Experience in Adobe software – Illustrator, Photoshop is highly regarded
