About the role
As a Site Manager in our Building Division you will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction operations and leading the delivery team to achieve successful, on time project outcomes for our clients while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the construction process from start to finish including implementing project programs, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Implement and manage workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture
- Weekly programming/scheduling of project performance
- Quality control and management
- Facilitate regular subcontract coordination meetings
- Deliver daily pre-start meetings and toolboxes
- Provide leadership and support to onsite team
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role managing built form projects from$5m - $20m
- Understanding of building methodologies and legislation, building codes and maintaining compliance with safety legislation
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Trade based background
- Supervisors Registration(SA)
- Current Driver’s License
- Working With Children Check & National Police Clearance
