What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Deliver daily technical support and implement contract-driven initiatives for operational success.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure building compliance and asset maintenance.
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting to the client.
- Provide 24/7 support for prompt issue resolution across the portfolio.
- Oversee service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and minor works in line with contract KPIs.
