As our highly valued Manager, Corporate Governance, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

Reporting to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for leading a small team to manage and implement contemporary corporate governance, policy, compliance and risk management practices across the global organisation. You will be required to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to manage and mitigate risk, ensure compliance obligations are achieved and develop high quality frameworks and policies that reflect best practice governance and internal controls.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:

Collaborate with the executive leadership team and key organisational stakeholders to set the strategy and direction to achieve compliance, governance and policy obligations across the global organisation and establishment mechanisms to achieve performance standards.
Develop, implement and manage TIQ's governance framework, policies, systems and processes to maintain compliance with relevant laws, governance requirements and standards, including monitoring and reporting on risk and compliance matters.
Manage the organisation's global risk and compliance management frameworks to ensure TIQ's domestic and international legislative and legal requirements at met.
Lead the provision of authoritative, expert advice to key stakeholders at all levels to identify, manage and mitigate risks across the organisation with respect to strategic and operational matters.
Manage the coordination of matters relating to ethics, integrity and external complaints that may involve coordinating reviews and preparing responses to information requests from the Crime and Corruption Commission, Office of the Integrity Commissioner, and the Queensland Audit Office.
Evolve the maturity of risk and compliance strategies, frameworks and reporting, including by leading initiatives to change processes and enhance digital system functionality.
