NEP Australia is currently looking for a Project Manager to join its team based at its Southbank office in Melbourne!
The position
In this role, you will manage NEP’s delivery of sports outside broadcasts and lead other projects for NEP clients, including studio productions and special events, as they arise. The role is client-facing requiring a proactive attitude and a blend of technical and project management skills to succeed

The position
In this role, you will manage NEP’s delivery of sports outside broadcasts and lead other projects for NEP clients, including studio productions and special events, as they arise. The role is client-facing requiring a proactive attitude and a blend of technical and project management skills to succeed
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across live sports, studio shows, and special events
- Own budgets, client communications, quoting, invoicing, and cost management
- Support technical discussions with both our clients and vendors
- Oversee technical management and, where applicable, client set logistics
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to allocate resources and deliver successful jobs for our clients
- Strong technical knowledge of outside broadcasts and production workflows
- Technical management experience in outside broadcast environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solve on the fly, and lead conversations with technical and operational teams
- A sharp focus on client service, cost control, and broadcast excellence
- Willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends, when required
