The Talent Acquisition Adviser is responsible for bringing the Employee Value Proposition to life in the external employment market. Working in partnership with people managers and leaders you will add value to the business by influencing and developing sourcing strategies to ensure immediate and long-term talent needs are met. You will challenge old ideas, think strategically and drive innovation through your strong business acumen, quickly making your mark as an astute and highly capable talent management specialist.

- Talent Delivery: providing end to end delivery of recruitment requirements, implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top talent, and build strong pipelines to meet hiring requirements.
- Talent Development: Work collaboratively with wider HR team to develop and champion programs and partnerships that support opportunities for internal growth and development.
- Business Partnering: Advise, consult, partner with people managers for the purpose of understanding business objectives, and working closely with Hiring Managers to identify and plan workforce requirements.
- Employment Branding: Work collaboratively with wider HR team to implement EVP and provide exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience to ensure strong brand and market reputation.
- Talent Analytics: providing insights on market conditions and trends to support key hiring decisions and advising on recruitment best practices.
- HR Documentation: Ensure that Talent and Recruitment policies, procedures and programs are maintained in line with HR best practice and relevant legislation.
- Commercially driven, with exceptional stakeholder skills, with an ability to build strong credibility
- Solutions and results focused, with a dedicated approach to providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Resilient, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- A track record of success, recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience in technical recruitment (Engineering or Surveying will be highly advantageous)
- Extensive use of ATS, JobAdder and LinkedIn highly regarded
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external networks, based on mutual trust and consistent delivery
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of audiences
- Ability to collaborate and work across a diverse and matrixed organization
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
