Role scope
Kent is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our Brisbane Projects team. This role will be working across both Brownfields and Greenfields scopes with associated support works. This position is a Brisbane based role working approx. 20km from the CBD.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have a background in Oil & Gas with an electrical trade qualification, holding a current QLD electrical license. With 15+ years of experience in a similar role, the candidate will also possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, ensuring effective team management and project delivery.

Role scope
Kent is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our Brisbane Projects team. This role will be working across both Brownfields and Greenfields scopes with associated support works. This position is a Brisbane based role working approx. 20km from the CBD.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead all construction activities with a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Support the organisation and management of the Kent workforce, ensuring team competence to meet ongoing work schedules.
- Assist in performance assessment and management of Kent Team members, including time writing requirements.
- Manage and assess Kent Subcontractors, ensuring their competence to meet work scopes and performance expectations.
- Provide functional support for site productivity, execution, data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure necessary documentation is available as required.
- Lead the installation campaign and manage work pack implementation/completion, including all necessary documentation for commissioning and handover.
- Identify and assess project risks, actively participating in risk workshops to develop mitigation strategies and ensure project success.
- Contribute to the construction safety case update, ensuring all safety protocols and potential risks are properly documented and addressed.
About You:
