Business Analyst

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Analyst to help drive a major transformation project. This is a unique opportunity to leave your mark on the business by shaping processes, owning change, and supporting digital transformation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes; work closely with developers and fellow BAs to bridge the gaps.
• System Transition Support: Play a central role in moving from a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics—capturing requirements, identifying gaps, and facilitating end-to-end change.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively elicit and validate requirements, even with limited business access, ensuring the system reflects true operational needs.
• User Training & Documentation: Create clear training materials, facilitate sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
• Level 3 Support & Ticket Analysis: Investigate system issues, analyse support tickets, and define functional change requirements to support development and troubleshooting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, support teams, and other BAs to ensure delivery of business value.
  
  

Key Skills & Tools

• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
• Proficient in business process mapping techniques and tools
• Experience supporting CRM migrations or working with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
