About The Role
We’re looking for a curious and driven Enterprise Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, technology, and customer engagement. With hands-on mentorship and support, you’ll rapidly grow into a high-performing sales contributor—managing your own pipeline and driving the full sales cycle from pitch to close.
You’ll bring strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the confidence to prospect, follow up, negotiate, and close deals. Alongside supporting our commercial team with day-to-day operations, you’ll gain exposure to strategic partnerships and high-value deals, building a solid foundation in enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations & Sales
- Support the development and coordination of commercial initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and sales outcomes using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Gong).
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch materials, and internal documentation.
- Engage in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and customer discovery calls.
- Learn and help shape our enterprise sales process and outreach strategy.
- Research target clients, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Share insights with the commercial team to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and engagement logs.
- Qualify inbound and outbound enterprise leads.
- Help coordinate meetings, demos, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Help maintain and improve CRM systems and commercial tools.
- Learn to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Gong, and others for prospecting and pipeline tracking.
- Be a self-starter—proactively seek support when you hit knowledge gaps.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support commercial initiatives.
- Help align customer feedback with internal teams to refine messaging and offerings.
- Contribute to internal updates, planning sessions, and team communication.
- A strong interest in business, AI, healthcare, technology, and sales—supported by relevant studies or internships.
- Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with (or learning) spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CRMs.
- A collaborative, start-up mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team.
