Mercure Sydney is on the lookout for a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to become part of our energetic and welcoming team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing outstanding, personalised, and engaging service to make every guest feel at home.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs and maintaining accounts through our PMS, Opera.
- Responding to guest enquiries with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Collaborating daily with departments like food & beverage and housekeeping to coordinate guest needs, requests, and experiences
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage
- Respond to guest requests and queries
- Provide a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Ensuring workstations and hotel lobby remain clean and presentable
- Experience working in Front Office advantageous
- A warm and friendly demeanor and able to make genuine connections with our guests
- Be able to multi-task and effectively communicate with guests
- Have attention to details and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Have excellent grooming and pride in presenting yourself well
- Be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
