The Officer of the Executive Director, Policy and Legislation are seeking a Senior Project Officer to join our team.

About The Role

As the Senior Project Officer, you will, coordinate corporate planning and reporting processes across all units in Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations. You will also manage the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans and phases, including the coordination of various activities associated with corporate planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage liaison, communication and coordination with other teams across the department to support corporate planning and reporting.
  • Coordinate, monitor and review the preparation and administration of the branch's corporate reporting requirements including budget estimates, risk management and performance management reports, estimates committee and annual report data.
  • Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop, implement and monitor project services in consultation with stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
