This is a parental leave cover role for a 12-month period.

What’s the role?

As an Associate in the GTS Client Services team, you will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they get top-notch service and support, handling everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters, ensuring timely and competent responses. You will also contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed.

You can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Canberra!

What do I need?

  • An understanding of corporate credit, loan structuring and documentation for institutional customers.
  • Proven origination and pitch management experience.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle client queries efficiently.
  • An outcome driven mindset and a proactive approach to anticipate and address client needs.
  • Great communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
