About the Client

Our client is undertaking a large-scale transformation program to modernise business capabilities and replace core ICT systems with a citizen-centric, agile technology platform. The Program will transform the departments delivery of services and ensure ongoing integrity of the current systems. They have continuing to work on excisting packages with a focus on business process re-engineering, data management, legislative compliance and replacing aging systems.

The Network are seeking experienced Developers to work within the Enterprise Digital Delivery Branch of the Enterprise Transformation Group on day-to-day, business as usual functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the delivery on state and national events and day-to-day operations through an improved maturity of the departments systems.


Please Note: The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.

Key duties and responsibilities

The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Writing and/or maintaining system code or configuration to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards for a MS Dynamics 365 CRM suite, hosted in an Azure environment;
  • Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs and identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in proposed systems and associated processes, procedures and methods;
  • Unit testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in a Dynamics 365 implementation within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards;
  • Designing and developing business solutions using SharePoint and contribute to the growth of platform's capability;
  • Managing and administering the SharePoint farm and site collections to best practice standards;
  • Providing analysis on complex issues and contributing to the management, preparation and coordination of policy formulation and/or project management;
  • Developing and supporting key internal and external relationships, including managing stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals. In addition, represent the agency by promoting its interests in various forums;
  • Making and communicating decisions using good judgement, expertise, and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practise principles or relevant operating instructions and procedures; and
  • Performing additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed from time to time.
