As a Civil Drafter, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with our engineers on our civil infrastructure projects
- Create high-quality deliverables by translating design concepts and markups into high-quality drawings
- Following client and industry standards
- Ensuring deliverables are delivered on time and managing competing priorities
- Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the civil engineering field
- High proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of how engineering drawings are managed
- Excellent attention to detail to produce high quality drawings
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD automation tools, including scripts and Lisp
- Working knowledge of relevant industry and client standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Working in a fast-paced environment with good problem solving skills
- Experience in the use of common data environments such as ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud for drawing production
- High proficiency in MicroStation
- Queensland Rail experience would be beneficial
