SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract to help support a business-wide transformation program!
About The Role
Reporting to our P&C Operations Manager, this role will serve as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organisational objectives. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee performance, drive business success and foster a positive workplace culture. This role will oversee current business units who are playing a critical role in our business-wide transformation program, including (but not limited to) our Project Management Office (PMO) and Financial Crime departments.
About You
You will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Your strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations will be leading edge and in line with current best practice recommendations. You will have an excellent ability to develop strong relationships and possess strong stakeholder management skills that facilitates a high level of trust between senior managers and the HR team. You will be a strategic thinker and with excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in organisational/cultural transformations is preferred.
