- Div 1 growth/OI targets
- Market and Applications Segment responsibilities may vary from time to time in line with global sales strategy.
- Growth of Rohde & Schwarz Market share in the security scanner segment
- Provide leadership and guidance to business on security scanner business
- Meet/exceed sales targets
- Optimize customer satisfaction
- Manage personal inputs to the Rohde & Schwarz SAP C4C CRM system.
- Exemplify company Sales behavior in the security scanner marketplace.
- Security scanner market segment reporting and liaison with global security scanner segment team(s).
- Effective & efficient use of resources
- Increase local capability
- Protect existing accounts and relationships.
- Build effective networks within target accounts and map those accounts in the SAP C4C tolls
- Essential Good communicator. Strategic market development and sales experience is essential – Must be comfortable in driving change for entrepreneurial outcomes. Strong history of sales achievement and demonstrated market development with new customers.
- Team player who is motivated and enthusiastic in taking on a green field opportunity to grow RSAUS Security Scanner market outside of the aviation sector.
- Desirable Ideally have strong customer expertise in the Security Scanner market.
- Desirable Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
