  • Div 1 growth/OI targets
  • Market and Applications Segment responsibilities may vary from time to time in line with global sales strategy.
  • Growth of Rohde & Schwarz Market share in the security scanner segment
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business on security scanner business
  • Meet/exceed sales targets
  • Optimize customer satisfaction
  • Manage personal inputs to the Rohde & Schwarz SAP C4C CRM system.
  • Exemplify company Sales behavior in the security scanner marketplace.
  • Security scanner market segment reporting and liaison with global security scanner segment team(s).
  • Effective & efficient use of resources
  • Increase local capability
  • Protect existing accounts and relationships.
  • Build effective networks within target accounts and map those accounts in the SAP C4C tolls

Your Qualifications


  • Essential Good communicator. Strategic market development and sales experience is essential – Must be comfortable in driving change for entrepreneurial outcomes. Strong history of sales achievement and demonstrated market development with new customers.
  • Team player who is motivated and enthusiastic in taking on a green field opportunity to grow RSAUS Security Scanner market outside of the aviation sector.
  • Desirable Ideally have strong customer expertise in the Security Scanner market.
  • Desirable Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
