Role Purpose
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the hands-on creation, execution, management and ongoing optimisation of Audika’s performance marketing activity, ensuring it creates:
You’ll plan and measure performance meticulously and identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisations. You’ll be regularly reporting on digital marketing performance, evaluating it against set goals and providing regular updates and recommendations.
Supported by your global performance marketing colleagues based in Denmark, the Lead, Customer Acquisition & Media, as well as our paid media agency, you’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative team that values your input and ideas, and you’ll get to work with a variety of paid digital platforms.

Skills and Abilities :

- Growth in quality leads, achieving daily hearing test targets and ROI
- Awareness and builds the Audika brand.
You’ll plan and measure performance meticulously and identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisations. You’ll be regularly reporting on digital marketing performance, evaluating it against set goals and providing regular updates and recommendations.

- Reporting to the Lead, Customer Acquisition & Media, you will design and implement performance marketing plans and projects that grow each digital channel to ensure new customer acquisition targets are met. This includes (but is not limited to) campaign briefing for digital creative development, global marketing and local agency management and co-ordination, execution and measurement of the following channels:
- Paid Search, including PMAX
- Affiliates
- Paid Social Media
- Display
- Native
- Results driven mindset, demonstrated by a track record of driving growth and achieving performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with a knack for identifying areas to improve efficiency
- and effectiveness
- Continually optimise digital channels and assets to improve lead acquisition quality and return on marketing investment
- In-depth knowledge of conversion funnels and optimisation tactics to manage campaign performance
- Conduct robust forecasting, tracking and regular reporting for performance marketing to improve conversion funnels and support growth initiatives in line with Audika’s strategic objectives.
- Constantly seek to test and learn through strong data analysis and A/B testing plans
- Own and optimise the online customer journey and be able to troubleshoot as required
- Proactive problem solving abilities and a self-starter attitude that enables you to address challenges independently
- Be a strong advocate for digital media throughout the business. Stay up to date with new trends, technologies, and emerging digital media opportunities
- Drive improved use of data and analytics to increase lead generation and actionable outcomes
- Financial Management - ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and external parties
- Build and maintain excellent inter-team and inter-departmental relationships and help drive this culture through the business

Skills and Abilities :
- Performance growth mindset
- Strong work ethic and highly organised and structured
- Confidence managing large paid media budgets and executing campaigns within allocated parameters
- Proven experience in A/B testing; developing test and learn frameworks in partnership with agency and global marketing colleagues and driving conversion rates
- Strategic thinker yet detail-oriented and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliates, native, and display
- Experience working closely with a media agency and other relevent digital media / technology vendors and getting the best out of them.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and optimising digital campaign tactics, messages and creative
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data to make recommendations.
- Working knowledge and experience of A/B testing methodologies.
- Sound project management skills & attention to detail
- Experienced participating in the digital campaign development process (from brief to execution)
- Flexibility with some after hours global calls
- Hands-on experience with the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager (Meta Business Suite), and Google Business Profile
- Working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- SEO and CRO optimization knowledge and skills
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across a variety of channels.
