Costa is seeking a People Operations & Assurance Manager to support HR operations, reward, and compliance across the business. This role will manage HR policies, employee lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with best practices and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leads and key stakeholders to review and update HR policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Act as the point of contact for Business Support functions on HR lifecycle activities.
- Support the Head of Reward & People Operations with developing and maintaining performance and reward frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Support compliance activities, including ethical audits, grievance handling, and training for HR teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in HR operations, reward, and remuneration management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage compliance, reward frameworks, and HR initiatives effectively.
