The Salary range is currently $40.46 to $51.75 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience.

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for night duty to help deliver exceptional care and support to our residents during the quietest—and often most meaningful—hours of the day.

Whether you’re an experienced aged care nurse or transitioning from another health setting, you understand the importance of clinical excellence—especially during night shifts when your leadership and calm presence are essential.

- $500 on sign on – paid after third fortnight
- $1000 after 6 months
- $1500 after 12 months
- $2000 after 24 months.

You’ll bring your clinical expertise, warmth, and leadership to a professional team that values integrity, compassion, and excellence in every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care in line with residents’ care plans
- Lead and support overnight personal care staff and ensure resident safety
- Maintain documentation, communicate with families and allied health partners
- At least 12 months of experience in aged care, acute care or a related clinical setting (desirable but not essential)
- A working knowledge of dementia and aged care standards or a strong willingness to learn
- Experience using electronic care planning and documentation systems
- Sound clinical judgment, especially during quieter overnight hours when autonomy is key
- The ability to lead and support care staff, fostering teamwork and ensuring consistent care delivery
- Confidence in managing resident care plans and responding to clinical needs proactively and with sensitivity
- Intermediate computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and digital records

You Will Thrive In This Role If You
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
- Have a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or are willing to obtain one before commencement)
- Are fully vaccinated for influenza (or can meet current vaccination requirements)
- Have or are willing to obtain:
- A current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (if required)
- National Personal Insolvency Check
