The Opportunity


At Paragon Care, we're looking for a Product Administrator to join our Procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product data, supporting product launches, and driving improvements across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain product information across internal databases, websites, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Support product launches by coordinating documentation, system setup, and stakeholder communication
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure product data accuracy
  • Ensure product descriptions, SKUs, images, and attributes are updated across platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues raised by internal teams or customers
  • Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc product or procurement projects


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within product management, merchandising, or operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A logical, organised approach to problem-solving
  • A customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
