The Role
Duties
Reporting to the Financial Manager, this role will see you working in a friendly and team focused environment where your duties will include:
- Assisting with end of month procedures including balance sheet reconciliations and posting journal entries.
- Active involvement in monthly & quarterly reporting processes
- Assisting in maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger
- Partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholder regarding finance queries
- Assisting with revenue reconciliations.
- Playing your part with ongoing systems and procedural improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have a great knowledge and understanding of accounting functions:
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications, or working towards a finance qualification
- An analytical mindset and to be able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and possess the ability to build relationships
