About The Role
- Manage the complete end-to-end payroll processing cycle for a growing number of entities within the organisation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, superannuation, and other deductions in compliance with relevant legislation and complex Enterprise Agreements.
- Utilise your expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to manage payroll processes and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with the Finance team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
- Participate in non-payroll related activities during off-cycle weeks, contributing to broader team objectives.
- Report directly to a supportive and accessible leader within a flat team hierarchy.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processing, ideally within organisations with complex Enterprise Agreements.
- Essential deep expertise and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
- A proactive and engaged mindset, eager to contribute beyond core payroll duties during non-pay weeks.
