The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists in our global Knowledge and Expertise (K&E) function for a Knowledge and Expertise Coordinator to provide efficient and effective workflow management and administrative support for the Knowledge & Expertise function, acting as the central contact point for internal and external queries and requests.
The role will be the primary point of contact for K&E, engaging with staff across the business and, in some cases, clients, to address their queries, triage service requests and connect them with specialist resources within the function. Key duties will include:
- Query and request management - developing and administering a user-centred process
- Stakeholder engagement- responding to general "how do I" questions from staff and clients on research and knowledge resources and tools.
- Procurement support - processing purchase orders and invoices
- Administrative support on projects and activities, including supporting the K&E leadership team with coordinating meetings and following up on tasks

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Prior relevant work experience in an administrative role in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Superb organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A client focused approach, with the ability to communicate and build successful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
