Workflowz is an international solution provider of pre-media technology for the creative industry. Based in CBD Sydney, with Head Office in the UK, our small but dedicated team offer software solutions to global clients. As part of the inside sales team, the Pre-sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, following up on trade show enquiries and providing crucial information in the opening stages of the sales process. We are looking for two individuals to complete the team.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-sales Consultant you should be able to:

  • Develop a rapport with leading industry professionals through cold calling, LinkedIn and email relationships
  • Provide a detailed analysis of a company to hand over to the field sales team
  • Actively research and seek out new business opportunities
  • Make outbound business to business calls, follow up on inbound leads as well as provide and record cohesive information for the marketing team

Do you think you could be responsible for?

  • Researching, mapping, establishing and developing relationships with the ability to identify prospects and new potential clients through active sales development
  • Uncovering clients needs to provide input to the field sales team in terms of pain points, business size and future developments, as well as current software usage and budget restraints
  • Autonomously familiarising yourself with the software solutions Workflowz offers and keep abreast of any updates

Skills/Experience

If you like the sound of Workflowz so far, do you possess the following skills?

  • 2 years B2B cold calling/telesales experience initiating outbound calls, appointment making for selling service offerings
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a strong sense of teamwork
  • A demonstrable track record of success in generating qualified leads
  • A keen interest in technology
  • Intellect, credibility, determination with the ability to engage in good conversations to quickly develop rapport and relationships with senior executives in global corporations
  • Confidence and the tenacity to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
  • Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals with success of working in a target related environment
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listener – listening to the prospect so they can respond appropriately
  • Passionate about achieving goals and growing yourself on a professional basis
  • Experience of using Salesforce to it’s full potential
  • Enjoys hitting targets, thinking on your feet and a little bit of team rivalry
