Creative Strategist

I am on the look for a client of mine who are a full-stack marketing studio that creates and integrates strategies across the full funnel, creating the perfect balance between brand and performance to drive growth for their clients.
This role is a Creative Strategist who will bridge the gap between the performance team and creative team and turn business problems into sharp, creative briefs, shaping the strategic thinking behind the campaign.
Some Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and campaign directions rooted in audience insight, the brand positioning, and business objectives.
- Partner with the Design Lead to bring strategic thinking to life through compelling storytelling, creative concepts, and messaging.
- Lead the development of creative for performance campaigns, messaging frameworks, and campaign ideas.
- Integrate AI into your workflows, using the right tools to research, ideate, and create content.
- Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations
Ideal Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in strategy, creative, or creative performance roles (agency or client-side).
- Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Able to think both conceptually and commercially
- Passionate about brands, culture, and creativity
This role ideally will start as a Freelance opportunity with the vision to move into a more permanent role in the near future.
Salary/Hourly Rate is negotiable
Sydney CBD based, hybrid working arrangements
Citizen's, PR's and Visa holders with full work rights can be accepted for this role.
