Position Summary

As a Senior Software Technical Test Lead, who has extensive knowledge and experience in Red Meat Integrity System, with a strong focus on Quality Engineering and Assurance. Responsible for developing and implementing Automation, API and Mobile Testing technologies and frameworks. This role includes creating comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test estimation documents for multiple projects within the program. Also manage stakeholder relationships and oversee process and business assurance management to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Mandatory Skills

• Strong testing experience in API and GraphQL Testing using Postman
• Strong experience working with Web & API automation tools such as Playwright and TOSCA
• Good experience working with Android and iOS mobile applications testing using Browserstack and physical devices
• Good experience working in AWS cloud and AWS certification is preferred
• Strong experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM
• Strong functional knowledge in Red Meat Integrity Systems and Insurance systems
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Single Point of contact responsible for all Testing Delivery Projects as a Techno Functional SME (Subject matter expertise) for software quality assurance.
• Use project management methodologies to develop project plans and implement quantitative project management techniques to measure and manage it
• Discuss and devise ways to add new functionality to existing systems
• Analysing requirement and identifying Testing Scope, Strategy, and appropriate methodology.
• Support and provide guidance to business and project stakeholders to make key decisions with advanced system analytics
• Understand and analyse the business process and the expectation from IT systems
• Aligning with business team to understand the requirements, prepare test estimation and based on that will prepare test Plan & Strategy, real time business scenarios.
• Investigate, identify and evaluate inefficiencies in system functionality, performance and behaviour
• Testing and debugging errors in an application with established testing protocols and quality standards to ensure application perform to specifications
• Responsible for implementing frameworks for Automation and API Testing, as well as developing test scripts.
• Designing test Scenarios/ cases, conduct test execution, managing bugs & sending daily release status report to client
• Responsible for highlighting major risks, issues and reporting daily metrics to the business team and will aid the business in taking appropriate decisions that will help in avoiding any delays in the project timelines.
• Play the role of SME for the client for the customized business solution, application and will help them to identify the bugs at early stages to ensure the quality of build and eventually the product with automated regression cycle.
• Prepare the detailed ST (System Testing) & SIT (System Integration Testing) end-to-end Test scenarios to test the complex infrastructure with respect to customized software design and development to ensure compliance with technical specifications and to ensure foremost customer satisfaction.
• Must work with business team and third party integrators to conduct User Acceptance Testing by providing adequate information on Functional flow & Test Data set up.
• Work with business analysts to develop the training manual for end users
• Drive the client specific Innovations leveraging the own organization Innovation framework and adopting developed Innovations available in the Framework for efficient testing

• Certified ISTQB Software Tester
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• TOSCA AS1/AS2 certifications
  
  

Salary Range: >$100,000
