This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Program Lead to join the Virtual Optimisation team within Virtual Operations, where they will be responsible for leading a key UNITE workstream through all phases—from planning to successful completion.
The role involves close collaboration with the Head of Virtual Operations and the UNITE Customer Experience and Journey Lead, ensuring the effective delivery of the agreed scope in alignment with the central COO team overseeing the broader UNITE (Endeavour) initiatives

- Join a supportive team leading migration planning for UNITE, with a focus on coordinating the Retail Banking plan and guiding the 'Channels and Banker Transition' workstream.
- Full Time permanent role | Hybrid working model (2 days in office)
- Location: Preferred location: Sydney but open to other major office locations

What do I need?
- Project and program management experience in complex programs.
- Subject matter expert in Virtual and Retail Banking environments, including banker tools and processes
- Contact centre industry experience desirable.
- Financial services industry experience highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with strong people skills, business sense, creativity, and excellent writing ability
- Knowledge of delivery, requirements elicitation and ways of working.
