What’s the role?
We need someone with recent experience in data migration, especially in data mapping, quality profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation. You should understand how product changes affect data and be able to assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and manage data models during migration. Your role will also involve completing data management tasks and working with downstream teams.
This is a permanent, full-time job based out of our Sydney office, with hybrid arrangements. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth data migration and management processes.

What do I need?
- Strong and recent data migration experience (data mapping, data quality profiling and cleansing, focus on CDEs, reconciliation pre/during and post-migration).
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of processes and data flows.
- Ability to understand product/capability uplifts to perform impact assessments and engage stakeholders.
- Experience in communicating impacts to downstream stakeholders and ensuring evidence of communication.
- Good understanding of data management requirements, such as data governance and lineage mapping.
