With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for a creative, client-focused and well organised Bid Design Manager to join the MPA team.
Your role
As part of a passionate and knowledgeable Bids team, you will play an integral part in developing, managing and delivering visually appealing, strategic bids to achieve our ambitious targets. You will partner with Sales leadership to develop compelling, winning strategies and persuasive stories in response to client needs.
By designing and creating client-facing imagery, you will effectively convey the MPA value proposition and solution narrative. You will coordinate and plan bid-related client presentations and support the Bids team through coaching and skills development.
Your role will work with the Estimating team and relevant Account Director to ensure bid commercial aspects align. To ensure logical, consistent and effective bid submissions that meet internal governance, you will manage inputs from multiple stakeholders.
About You
With a background in the Interiors sector of the architecture/construction industry, you are an approachable team player and problem solver with excellent communication skills. You are adaptable and credible, bringing a positive, high energy to the team.
With a minimum of 7 years' experience in design and construction, you will ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will be experienced in creating compelling visuals possessing advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. You will be proficient in business software such as Pitch (or similar) and Microsoft suite. An understanding of Cubit/Buildsoft is advantageous.
You will possess the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organisation. You will have demonstrated experience in implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes, and the ability to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.
