With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to join the MPA team.
Your role
In this entry level site management role your hard work, desire to learn, and passion for fit out and refurbishment will be rewarded by training, support, and the opportunity to develop a fulfilling career. You will join a highly skilled team of construction professionals supporting a Senior Site Manager to ensure the smooth and safe running of the site. Your responsibilities will include; inducting trades people and sub-contractors, maintaining site records, completing WH&S reviews, site walks and any adhoc tasks required for the success of the project.
In addition, you will spend time between various sites ensuring all have the materials and equipment to deliver projects and meet our quality, time, and budget goals.
About You
With a trade qualification (or Cert IV in Building and Construction) you will have 1-2 years of experience in construction. Experience in fitout and or refurbishment is desirable.
Under the guidance of the Senior Site Manager, you can effectively communicate with and direct trades people around you to help the team deliver the project to the agreed program and budget. You will be confident in taking initiative and assuming leadership for phases/areas of projects.
Your excellent interpersonal and time management skills are coupled with an eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality and safety onsite. You will have experience using software such as Microsoft suite and safety & site management programs.
