What's the role?

You'll be at the forefront of our AML/CTF reform program, ensuring our solutions are customer-focused, improve business performance, and set the standard in Financial Crime prevention. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity is based in Sydney, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

You'll work closely with senior management, project leads, and various teams to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment. Your mission will be to ensure our projects are delivered with strong governance, leveraging best practices and advanced technologies to keep us ahead in the fight against financial crime.

What do I need?

  • Strong experience in the Financial Crime domain: You'll need a deep understanding of AML/CTF regulations and best practices to effectively lead our reform initiatives.
  • Proven skills in transformation program management: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and business solution capabilities: You'll be adept at identifying issues and developing innovative solutions that enhance business performance and mitigate risks.
  • Solid project management skills, including agile methodologies: Experience with agile project management techniques to drive efficiency and adaptability in project delivery.
  • Outstanding people leadership and stakeholder influencing skills: Ability to lead and inspire teams and effectively engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
