We currently have two opportunities to join the team:


Workforce Systems Officer, Level 4 (permanent vacancy for immediate filling)

The Workforce Systems Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) including assisting with system testing, upgrades, and configuration to ensure the system is accurate and meets operational business needs. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to optimise the user experience, developing and managing related processes, procedures, and controls. Additionally, you will create and maintain user guides and training materials to ensure effective usage of the HR system across the organisation.

For this role we are looking for:


  • Demonstrated experience of payroll processing and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting problems.


Senior Workforce Systems Analyst, Level 6 (12 months fixed term vacancy with possibility of permanency)


The Senior Workforce Systems Analyst role involves managing the HR system (HRMIS) and team to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will work closely with the HR Systems and Reporting manager and other stakeholders to oversee system operations, providing analytical support to enhance HR processes and improve system functionality. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimising the system’s overall performance to meet the organisation's evolving HR needs.

For this role, we are looking for:


  • Demonstrated experience and substantial knowledge in dealing with HR systems in an integrated management ecosystem.
  • Strong business improvement mindset, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to optimise workforce systems.
  • Able to think analytically and problem solve to form solutions to wicked problems.
  • Experience in leading and managing a small team.
