The Role


This is a hands-on team leadership role.


You’ll lead from the front – own roles, manage workflow, coach the team, and keep the machine humming.


Campaigns – job ads, outreach, campaigns, ATS setup.

Sourcing – build projects, tailor outreach, help the team hunt great candidates.

Evaluate – run screens, interviews, assessments, and ref checks for data-driven hiring.

Close & land – send offers, seal the deal, and hold their hand through to day one.

Pipeline control – desktop screens, scheduling, candidate comms, debriefs.

Candidate concierge – be their 'trusted guide' through a smooth, professional process.

Hiring manager support – keep them sharp, prepped, and moving – no passengers, no dropped balls.

Lead the team – run daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, coach hard, and keep the engine moving.

Track results – monitor KPIs, hold the line on pace, quality, and systems discipline.

Systems – use smart tools, templates, and automation to make hiring faster and sharper for the team.

Who You Are


You’re sharp, direct, and driven.


You don’t wait to be told – you see the issue, solve it, and lead by example.


You’ve led recruiters before, officially or not. You’ve still got your edge on the tools. You don’t get rattled when hiring ramps up. And you actually care about doing it right.


You'll have:

5+ years' recruitment experience (including internal).

Led or coached other recruiters before – formally or informally.

Hands-on – sharp on the tools and still love doing the work.

Clear thinker – structured, calm, and decisive under pressure.

Strong with systems – great with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hiring tools.
