As a strategic partner to the business, the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will oversee and deliver comprehensive HR services across the full employee lifecycle. This includes talent attraction, performance and career development, compensation and benefits, and overall workforce management—ensuring alignment with both local and global HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional or Sectoral HR Manager in aligning HR initiatives with corporate and regional objectives, ensuring the effective rollout of HR policies and processes.
- Provide daily support and strategic guidance to managers and leadership on a broad range of HR issues.
- Foster strong internal networks within the HR function to deliver solutions that support business goals.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Promote internal mobility by streamlining coordination among regional HR teams and securing approvals for internal transfers, involving department heads and HR leads.
- Oversee outsourced payroll operations, preferably with experience using SAP systems.
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective implementation of all HR processes, including data management and analytics.
- Work with management to identify employee development needs and coordinate relevant training and development efforts with Talent Management.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through relationship-building, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and international labor laws when applicable, seeking legal consultation as required.
- Facilitate organizational communication through briefings, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of the Australia Fair Work Act and employment law.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset, results-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Excellent communicator, proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
