The Contract Administration Officer provides an effective and efficient customer focused general administrative support and clerical service across the Division, allowing operational staff to focus on non-administrative functions.
Core Duties And Responsibilities
Core Duties And Responsibilities
- Word processing, including basic document control support, i.e. formatting of documents
- Data entry
- Sorting and distributing correspondence, documents and files
- Preparing, copying, and collating/binding materials for distribution
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintains stationery, kitchen and office supplies
- Attends to and receives visitors for the area, i.e. collecting attendees for interviews.
- Attends to telephone calls
- Processing of direct Purchase order Requests
- Processing and coding of supplier's invoice
- Minimum 2 Years experience in a Contract Administration or Administration Support role.
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Resident is a requirement of this role. Unfortunately no Working Holiday Visa's can be accepted at this time.
