Your New Role Will Involve
- Manage procurement & contracts management activities to support capital delivery
- Assisting with the tendering and bid evaluation processes
- Contract formation and administration
- Negotiations and dispute resolution
- Supplier relationship management, monitoring progress, key milestones and navigating commercial and performance issues
- Identify areas for improvement including risk mitigation strategies and long term spend reduction
- Proven ability to successfully manage all stages of the procurement and contracting lifecycle on a project basis
- Experience in procurement in heavy industry, resources, energy or similar in capital projects
- Contemporary procurement mindset to work in this modern organisation - ability to achieve commercial outcomes while ensuring high levels of sustainability, SRM and probity are met.
