We are now looking for an experienced Head Chef who will be integral in bringing this restaurant to life.
So, what does the role look like?
Your focus will be to deliver exceptional food and service standards through the supervision of day-to-day food production and presentation of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to build a strong reputation for providing quality dining and authentic food to our guests, whilst you oversee the operational performance of the kitchen team.
Leading by example, you will also be responsible for;
You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of a first-rate kitchen environment in a leadership position where you have optimised the performance of the kitchen through inspiring, engaging and developing others in your team. You will possess excellent cultural awareness, obtained through your involvement with a multicultural/cultural kitchen brigade, and have proven experience in developing training programmes and/or teaching and training junior staff. You will be experienced and have worked through all positions within a commercial kitchen and have a good understanding in the use of technology in the workplace.
