National Engineering Manager NSW / VIC / QLD

Job Description

• Manage the country System Engineering.
• Coordinate System Technical Team to deliver services (quotation, order) ensuring respect of Service Levels set by Corporate.
• Make sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met keeping track of the progress.
• Monitor production activities to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Manage the priority of development according to the deadline.
• Facilitate and monitor local implementation of Group Strategy Guidelines, best practices and tools set by Corporate.
• Provide technical direction for the system development and design.
• Provide technical guidelines for the system selection during the quotation process.
• Identify and submit requirements (e.g.: tools, resources) to System Engineering Corporate Dept.
• Interact with local Trade marketing for product dev. and issue management.
• Support remotely and on site the Installation Area Managers, Sales Area Managers and Service Technical Managers in solving technical issues on systems and products (eventually the local R&D).
• Oversee system commissioning, on site or remotely
• Be responsible of system technical documentation and certification.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the system engineering activities within a specific country. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of engineering systems, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 8-10+ years post qualification) in engineering management roles, including leadership positions overseeing technical teams and infrastructure.
• Extensive R744 design and commissioning experience within the commercial refrigeration realm.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
• Candidates with refrigeration engineering trade qualification preferred.
