The Opportunity

A unique opportunity to join Create Melbourne! An incredible role in the Partnerships pillar, this AM will lead implementation, and lead responses that champion content and creativity.

• Lead project management with support from your team, ensuring best-in-class delivery across campaigns.
• Act as a trusted client advisor, managing expectations, solving issues, and confidently presenting work.
• Drive strategic, creative, and tactical responses, including partnership development and execution.
• Lead and contribute to client/media meetings, workshops, brainstorms, and planning sessions.
• Provide clear, concise communication to clients with informed points of view where relevant.
• Own finance processes, monitor project hours, manage scope, and negotiate effectively with partners.
• Support OMD Create's marketing initiatives and collaborate with other SBUs to unlock cross-sell opportunities.

About you

• 3-5 years experience needed with a keen interest in partnerships, experiential activations and branded content.
• The Partnerships Manager supports the entire Partnerships team at all stages of the sponsorship life cycle.
