We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Industrial Electrician to join our team at our Ingleburn facility. This is a full-time opportunity working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with a focus on blow molding operations. The successful candidate will initially train on day shift before moving into a permanent night shift role.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Industrial Electrician to join our team at our Ingleburn facility. This is a full-time opportunity working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with a focus on blow molding operations. The successful candidate will initially train on day shift before moving into a permanent night shift role.
Key Details
- Location: Ingleburn, NSW
- Training: Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) for the first few weeks
- Permanent Shift: Night Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday)
- Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr base + 25% shift loading + 30% night loading (up to $62.50/hr)
- Overtime: Available and encouraged
- Start: Immediate
- Valid Electrical Supervisor or Contractor License (required)
- Electrical trade qualification
- Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, ideally with blow molding equipment
- Strong capability in electrical fault finding and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to work autonomously on night shift
- Some supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable
- Perform electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems to minimize downtime
