What’s the role?

We have multiple opportunities for Team Member roles in our Consumer Lending Verification team, based at Parramatta. The purpose of this role is to provide support to our unsecured lending customers both internal and external.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by effectively addressing customer needs and requests. You will handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve continuously striving to improve customer service processes and outcomes through clear communication and effective problem-solving skills.

This position will be based onsite at our Parramatta office, with set shift times of 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. You will be office-based during the initial training period, with the opportunity to then transition to a hybrid arrangement.

What do I need?

  • Customer service experience within a contact centre or face to face environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Banking/finance services knowledge and experience desirable but not essential
