About the Role
As the Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic B2B marketing initiatives that support our sales and transformation goals. Reporting to the GM of Marketing & CX, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Digital teams to drive customer engagement, revenue, and brand visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to blend strategy and execution across multiple channels while shaping the future of B2B marketing at Kennards Hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a strategic B2B marketing roadmap
- Design cross-channel campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Enhance our digital presence and CRM performance (Salesforce preferred)
- Develop sales enablement tools and training in collaboration with sales teams
- Manage outreach strategies, media and PR campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
- Build and grow our presence across LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Provide marketing insights to support product launches, brand positioning, and customer engagement
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll be a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for B2B engagement, a sharp strategic lens, and the ability to drive measurable results. You will bring;
- 7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, construction, or equipment hire sectors
- Proven track record in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- CRM and digital marketing platform expertise (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- A passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
