About the Role

As Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. You’ll support our sales and property management teams with a variety of administrative tasks, helping to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. Each day will bring new challenges and learning opportunities, making this an ideal entry-level role for someone passionate about real estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and a smile
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, providing prompt assistance to clients and agents
  • Manage appointment bookings, meeting rooms, and office calendars
  • Assist with preparing documents and correspondence as required
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, welcoming reception area
  • Support the sales and property management teams with day-to-day administration
  • Help coordinate marketing materials, property listings, and open home schedules
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Marshall White’s core values


About You

  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and eager to learn about the real estate industry
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not essential – we provide full training for the right person
