We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional

team in Ballarat.

The role will involve:

• Taking phones calls and liaising with clients

• Managing bookings

• Meeting and greeting clients

• Assisting Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with day-to-day duties.

• Assisting Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors in-room preparation

• Retailing products
  

The successful candidate will:

• Articulate and be well presented

• Fluent English speaker

• Able to multi-task

• Well organized

• Enthusiastic about the Aesthetic industry

• Enjoy working within a small team

• Confident in retailing, recommending, and discussing products with clients (training will be

• Confident in using a computer including Microsoft Office.
