As Coordinator Freedom of Information, you will assume a fundamental role in managing the Division's FOI team and reporting to the Team Leader Freedom of Information and Information Release in relation to its effectiveness.

The Role

• Coordinates applications, undertakes research and evaluates documents
• Conducts extensive searches, locating, researching and evaluating documents
• Consults and communicates extensively with all FOI stakeholders.
• Participates in conciliation conferences for external reviews
• Ensures compliance with the Financial Management Act 2006 and other regulations
• Maintains statistical information relating to FOI applications
