As Coordinator Freedom of Information, you will assume a fundamental role in managing the Division's FOI team and reporting to the Team Leader Freedom of Information and Information Release in relation to its effectiveness.
The Role
- Coordinates applications, undertakes research and evaluates documents
- Conducts extensive searches, locating, researching and evaluating documents
- Consults and communicates extensively with all FOI stakeholders.
- Participates in conciliation conferences for external reviews
- Ensures compliance with the Financial Management Act 2006 and other regulations
- Maintains statistical information relating to FOI applications
