The Position
A high level of communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence others in relation to process management, difficult decisions, and to achieve business objectives will be essential to this position.
Ideally, you will have over 5 years of experience in operating model design, business transformation, or organisational performance, particularly within complex environments. Demonstrated experience in governance, workforce planning, and performance measurement frameworks is also desirable.

The Position
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide operating models that optimise clear accountabilities, governance and execution discipline.
- Define governance frameworks, accountability structures, and performance metrics to drive execution.
- Lead organisational structure redesign, optimising spans of control, decision rights and workforce capability.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Embed data-driven performance management, leveraging workforce analytics to inform decision-making and transparency.
- Design, maintain, and deliver a Board-to-Ward performance program, ensuring strategic objectives cascade effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Define and manage enterprise-wide performance metrics, integrating leading and lagging indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish real-time performance reporting and analytics, ensuring leaders have access to actionable insights.
- Drive a culture of accountability and performance excellence, ensuring leaders and teams own and act on performance outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with executives and business unit leaders to assess progress and recalibrate strategies.
- Lead workforce planning and capability development, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop mechanisms to proactively identify performance gaps, implementing data drive interventions to optimise outcomes.
- Oversee enterprise-wide transformation programs, ensuring effective adoption of new operating models, performance systems, and accountability structures.
- Collaborate with executives, People and Culture, Finance, and Strategy to integrate organisational design and performance objectives with business priorities.

We can offer you.
- Salary: $185,650 to $206,278 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation
- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Based from our Perth CBD or Melbourne CBD offices.
- Central CBD location, close to bus and train stations
