The Role

This role is part of a central team of Data Quality Analysts with varying years and levels of experience. As an Assistant in Systems and Data, you will support Data Owners to meet their data quality accountabilities. You will ensure high quality and compliance is met during the data lifecycle, build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, advocate for best practices in data quality management, and support delivery of the Enterprise Data Strategy and Roadmap.

Responsibilities

Support Data Owners and Data Stewards:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of Data Quality Management Plans.
  • Manage the centralised data integrity mailbox.
  • Assist with data entry for core systems e.g. APS/CRM.
  • Assist with data issues investigation, remediation and data cleansing.
  • Assist with data quality reporting.
  • Assist with data quality training and awareness.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills Required

  • Has up to 2-years’ experience in a data-entry or office administration role.
  • Can develop rapport all levels.
  • Can prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Is a self-starter and can work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Has an enquiring mind and enjoys problem solving and analysis.
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A tertiary qualification in data, business or IT is desirable.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Deliver assigned tasks and work packages in accordance with the Data Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Meet team and personal goals set in annual Career & Development Plan.
